National Code of Ethical Practice

The National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents sets out the standards and best practice that education agents representing UK education providers must adhere to. It is produced by the British Council and supported by BUILA, UKCISA, Universities UK International, and English UK.

Student Complaints Process

Burcu Dedeoglu is committed to delivering advisory services that are honest, accurate, and genuinely in the best interests of each client. If a student or family has a concern about the advice or service received, the following process applies.

  1. Submit your complaint in writing Contact Burcu Dedeoglu directly by email at burcu@bunguo.com with a clear description of your concern, the dates involved, and the outcome you are seeking. All complaints are treated confidentially.
  2. Acknowledgement within 5 business days Your complaint will be acknowledged in writing within five business days of receipt. Where clarification is needed, you may be contacted to provide additional information.
  3. Investigation and response within 20 business days A full written response will be provided within 20 business days, setting out the findings and any actions to be taken. Complex matters may require additional time; you will be informed if this is the case.
  4. Escalation If you are not satisfied with the response received, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant institutional partner (where applicable) or to the British Council, which oversees the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents.
