Two kinds of thing on this page. Downloadable material you can use on your own, and the assessment forms that begin a conversation with me. Start wherever fits your situation.
Sent by email. Nothing follows unless you start it.
Which month each process opens and closes, and what must be complete in each window. Covers applications, scholarships, internships and school placement.
For families and individuals planning secondary, undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral study abroad.
The full thirteen-month cycle on one side, a week-by-week order for the application window on the other. Twenty-one checkboxes covering eligibility, courses, referees and essays.
Applications close 6 October 2026.
One way in. If the fit looks right, I follow up with the detailed form that matches your situation.
Six questions, two minutes. Enough for me to see what you are working towards and whether I am the right person to help. If the fit looks right, I send you the full assessment form below.
Start here if you are not sure which service applies.
The guides are for people who are still working out their own timeline. They arrive by email, and nothing follows them. You can use them without ever speaking to me.
The enquiry form is for people who want a second reading of their situation. It is short by design: six questions, enough for me to see what you are working towards. I read every response myself and reply within five working days.
If the fit looks right, a longer assessment form follows. That one takes about fifteen minutes and goes into background, constraints and decision stage. It is sent, not published, because it only makes sense after a first exchange.
An email address. The guide arrives, and that is the end of it. No drip sequence, no follow-up unless you start one.
Yes. Every engagement begins the same way. It is not a filter for how impressive someone looks on paper; it is how I understand what someone is actually trying to decide before either of us commits time.
I reply within five working days, and the reply is written by me. If what you describe is not something I can help with, I will say so directly rather than leaving it open.
Yes. Doctoral work needs different questions: research topic definition, supervisor approach, publication record and funding route. That assessment is a separate form, sent when the enquiry points that way.
It is used to assess fit and nothing else. It is never sold, never shared for marketing, and deleted within ninety days if no engagement follows. The full policy is on the compliance page.
